Cross Train X-TREME (CTX) is not for the faint-hearted. This is the toughest class on the timetable. A high intensity mix of cardiovascular and muscular endurance designed to test the limits of the human body. A shorter class of 30-40 minutes, participants are encouraged to arrive at 5.45pm for their own warm-up, ready to go for 6.00pm.
It is important all participants complete our medical questionnaire on our website prior to beginning classes at Fine Tune Fitness.
