Mobility and Core, a combination of Yoga and Body weight exercises that will not only get your heart rate pumping but will help to improve your flexibility, strength and stability with a particular focus on core.

It is important all participants complete our medical questionnaire on our website prior to beginning classes at Fine Tune Fitness.  You are also required to purchase your sessions on our website and book in for each session prior, preferably on our website or if needed by contacting Fine Tune Fitness on 9368 0189.
